Information we collect
When you create an account or place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address and payment details. Payment information is processed by our payment partner and is never stored on our servers. We also collect limited technical data (browser, device, approximate region) through standard analytics to understand how the site is used.
How we use your information
We use your information to fulfil orders, send order and shipping updates, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and — only if you have opted in — send occasional harvest letters and new-arrival notices. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.
Sharing your information
We share data only with the partners required to deliver your order: our payment processor, shipping carriers, and analytics providers. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
