Unopened goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide from our Srinagar workshop. Most international orders arrive within 7–14 business days; remote destinations may take longer. You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel leaves the valley.
Shipping costs & duties
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Import duties and taxes are shown before you pay, so the price you see is the price you owe. There are no hidden charges on delivery.
Order processing
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. During the saffron harvest (late October to mid-November) some items may take a little longer as we sort and pack the new crop by hand.
Returns & exchanges
Unopened, unused goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Because saffron and honey are food items, opened products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect. To start a return, email livingkashmirsrinagar@gmail.com with your order number.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, including return shipping where applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned goods.
