By browsing or purchasing from livingkashmir.com you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our products
Our saffron, dry fruits, honey and handicrafts are natural, small-batch goods. Slight variations in colour, aroma and size are normal and a sign of authenticity, not defects. We do our best to display accurate images and descriptions, but harvest lots vary season to season.
Pricing & currency
Prices are listed in Indian rupees and charged in your local currency at checkout, with duties and taxes calculated before payment. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and refuse orders placed at clearly incorrect prices.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we dispatch the goods and email you a shipping confirmation. Until then we may decline an order, for example due to stock, payment verification or export restrictions.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a guardian’s consent, to purchase.
Intellectual property
All site content, branding, photography and copy are the property of Living Kashmir and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Living Kashmir is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our products. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
